Welcome

Hi, my name is Lanie, and I am a bag lady.  I've had a lifelong love affair with bags of all shapes and sizes - backpacks, tote bags, purses, cosmetic bags, lunch bags - you name it!  I have a bag for every occasion and every occasion calls for a new bag.  I don't believe you're fit to leave the house without a purse and at least one tote bag.  The Boy Scouts aren't the only ones who believe in always being prepared - which means I always have a lot to haul around, so why not do it in style?

It goes without saying that I've never met a bag I didn't love, and I keep the local Goodwill supplied with gently used, but well-loved, bags that have to move out to make room for the new bags, because I'm always on the hunt for the "perfect" bag.  Every bag lady knows the frustration of not being able to find the "perfect" bag - you find a style you like, but not the pattern, or it's too big, or too small, or you want the base in black and it only comes in brown, etc.  One of the best things about Thirty-One products is that you can get the same bag in a variety of different patterns AND  you can further personalize it with your name, intials, or a phrase embroidered or laser etched on the bag.  How can you not love a bag that you can customize?  Lanie is not a common name so when I was growing up I never had a license plate for my bicycle - or anything else for that matter - with my name on it.  So, when I found out that I could personalize my Thirty-One bags, I fulfilled my childhood dream of having something (not homemade) with my very own name on it - and now all my bags have my name or initials on them!


Naturally, it seemed like I was destined to become a Thirty-One Independent Consultant - I signed up right away so I can indulge my obsession and share my love of these bags with everyone.  I intend to use this blog to post my ideas of how you can use Thirty-One products to organize and simplify your life.  And, of course, if you're interested in learning more about Thirty-One or even hosting a party to earn free products for you and your friends, please contact me at BagLanie@gmail.com.
